HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE ALLOWED ON THE BOAT AT ONE TIME?

Our rates include up to 6 guests. Depending on the schedule, trip, and availability, more guests may be able to be accommodated. If your group is larger than 6 people, please reach out to us for further information.

IS THERE ANY SORT OF AGE RESTRICTION?

There is no age restriction! Come young, come old, come all!

ARE FOOD AND/OR DRINKS PROVIDED?

We will provide assorted snacks and water for all guests! Outside of that, if you would like to stop somewhere to have a meal, that is something that we can arrange into your itinerary. If you want to have a meal onboard, feel free to bring your own food, or let us know when booking and we'll handle that for you (subject to an additional fee)!

WHAT SHOULD WE WEAR?

You should wear whatever you feel comfortable in! Even if the weather is warm outside, the boat can get a bit chilly while moving, so if you get cold easily, maybe consider bringing a light jacket. Otherwise, wear whatever you would like!

WHERE DO WE MEET?

We will be meeting at our home port of Safe Harbor Marina in Greenport (located at 500 Beach Road, Greenport, NY 11944). All trips will begin and end at Safe Harbor.

ARE WE ABLE TO FISH DURING THE TRIP?

If you would like to fish during your trip, you are more than welcome to do so! All we request is that you bring your own equipment, bait, etc.

HOW DO WE BOOK A CRUISE AND HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?

In order to book your cruise, reach out to us via email! You can do that via the Contact Us tab above, or by clicking here. Full payment is due at the time of booking.

CAN WE CUSTOMIZE THE CRUISES IN ANY WAY?

The cruises listed on our site can be adjusted as you like, but always subject to additional fees. Feel like extending the trip an hour? Or do you want to fully customize a tour? Let us know and we can give you an adjusted price accordingly!

IS THERE A CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY?

It goes without saying that the health and safety of our passengers is our #1 priority. Because sea conditions are frequently changing and are not necessarily correlated to the weather, we will confirm that your cruise is going ahead as scheduled (at the latest) 24 hours before you're set to board. If we have to cancel your cruise due to sea conditions, you will receive a FULL refund of your payment, or you will have the option to reschedule your cruise to a later date.

We understand that sometimes, things come up. If you would like to reschedule at least 48 hours prior to your cruise, there will be NO FEE associated with this change, pending schedule availability.

If you determine that you need to cancel your booking on your own accord, you must do so 2 weeks or more before your cruise in order to receive a FULL refund, or to reschedule for a different date. If you cancel between 1 week and 2 weeks before your cruise, you will receive an 75% refund. Any cancelled bookings less than 1 week before a cruise will receive NO refund.

COVID-19 Cancellations: If a member of your party is displaying COVID-19 symptoms, has tested positive for COVID-19, or has come in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, you will receive a FULL refund, or you will be able to reschedule for a different date.
